In 2026, YHT is committed to helping you experience whole-body peace through expanded pain management services designed to support real healing. These targeted services allow us to focus on what your body specifically needs, moving beyond relaxation to intentional care that addresses the source of discomfort.
By booking one of our specialized pain services, your session may include therapeutic tools such as gua sha, heat therapy, and cupping, all included to directly target problem areas—setting these treatments apart from our regular full-body massages. Choose from services for headaches, TMJ dysfunction, carpal tunnel syndrome, golfer’s elbow, tennis elbow, sciatica, knee pain, and plantar fasciitis, each crafted with precision and purpose.
